Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, international credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and Afterpay.
Will tax be applied?
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise and applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state. Tax amounts are calculated automatically according to each state’s requirements. BONDURANT is unable to change or alter these amounts.
Are the items online ready to ship or made to order?
All pieces available online are made and ready to ship.
How often will new pieces be released?
New pieces will be released as they are available. Sign up to our newsletter to stay up-to-date on all things BONDURANT, including new releases.
How much is shipping?
We offer free ground shipping throughout the United States. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and DHL to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available. Orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise specified.
Will my order require a signature?
Signature is not required unless selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive a separate email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Your initial Order Confirmation email does not serve as shipping confirmation.
Can I ship one order to multiple locations?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be split up and shipped to multiple locations. If you would like items shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each location.
Can I ship to a P.O Box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Missing, Stolen, or Delayed Orders
If your package doesn't arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive before reaching out to us at hello@shopbondurant.com. After 3 business days have passed, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim for your order. BONDURANT cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to confirmed correct delivery addresses. If you received a delivery confirmation but cannot find your package, we recommend checking surrounding areas as carriers sometimes place items in locations they believe to be safest. If after checking, the item is not found, we recommend you contact the carrier directly to file a claim or a trace.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Shipping prices will vary by destination.
How much will I pay in duties and taxes?
Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. When you proceed to checkout, sales tax and customs duty will be automatically calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges.
International duties and taxes are not refundable.
International Returns
We are unable to acommodate international returns at this time.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopbondurant.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Why is the sizing limited?
Our sizing is constrained by the fabric we up-cycle, and the original dimensions of the source fabrics may not always allow for the production of various sizes. The Scarf Dress has a tunic silhouette, which allows a versatile fit for sizes US 0 to 8. We recommend belting the dress for a more fitted look, or to better suit more petit frames.
How do I care for my Scarf Dress?
Preserve the beauty of your silk by storing it flat or on a hanger. Avoid contact with excess water and other chemicals, and entrust it to a professional dry cleaner when needed.
